Oleg 'does the ask, not the task', which means he thinks about the why behind what you're asking, not just the literal task you gave. This makes him feel more of a partner than just a worker. It feels like he owns the product as much as you, and a bad design decision or direction hurts him as much as it hurts you. That kind of ownership, that stems from one's own values, is extremely rare and valuable. 
A rare deep understanding of business needs, engineering, aesthetics, and UX all at once. This is what a real product designer should be. 
Over seven years of collaboration, two companies, dozens of websites — one designer. What else is there to say? 
We came to Oleg with a website and a handful of iOS and Android apps, and he designed the UX/UI and shipped the build himself. His range runs well past design into prototyping and engineering, and we would gladly work with him again.
